Combo 93.
Combo 93 comes from pages 82-85 of the August 2001 issue of Car Craft.
Combo 93 is a GM ZZ4 350 cu. in. engine that has a mechanical roller cam and AFR 195 heads. This potent combo puts out 523 HP and 454 ft-lbs of torque. Awesome for the street. |

Combo 94.
Combos 94-97 come from pages 40-46 of the April 1998 issue of Super Chevy Magazine. They all use the same ZZ4 crate motor with AFR 190 heads. Hydraulic cams are varied from an economical grind up to a cam with more than 0.500 in. of lift. When compared to the 523 horse build-up above, these 4 combos have a smaller carb, a lower-RPM intake, and a smaller cam.
Combo 94 has a cam with only 0.431 in. of lift and 252° of duration (206° @ 0.050 in. of lift). This build only produces 348 HP and 398 ft-lbs of torque. |

Combo 95 improves upon the former build by using a moderate High Energy cam with 0.460 in. of lift and 268° of duration (218° @ 0.050 in. of lift). The result is 380 horses and 402 ft-lbs of torque. |
