2.5" stainless crossover pipe / 2.5 Stainless turbo feed pipe with waste gate mount / 3.00" to 3.50" mandrel bent down pipe / Turbocharger from 60 to 80 mm ( choice of Turbonetics or Innovative ) / Turbonetics Race gate / 3.00" aluminized compressor outlet ducting / 4.00" inlet ducting / K&N filter / Silicone hose couplers with stainless hose clamps / Precision PT-900 air to water intercooler / Radiator with electric fans ( intercooler ) / Water reservoir and water pump ( Intercooler ) / Gravity flow oil drain with CNC cut flanges / All necessary hardware, fitting, & gaskets.
This turbo system is designed for the high horsepower enthusiast. A forged bottom end is needed along with a good set of cylinder heads. In early testing we developed over 850 rwhp with just 17 psi of boost. We have had customer’s tune 800 rwhp with Ls1 edit and the HP Tuners 2/3 bar setup.
The air conditioning must be removed or relocated by the customer.
An after market fuel system is also needed.
We are Accell distributors, so we can set you up with injectors or D.F.I.

This is the "hot side" pipes. They are all made out of 304 stainless. They include the
(2) header pipes , turbo mount pipe , and downpipe with flanges. There is also a
larger 3.5" downpipe available as well. This set-up is also available by itself.
