Stage I System Shown - Before coating
Dyno results were performed on a stock Ls1 motor. We have safely run this vehicle to almost 500 horsepower at the wheels. We set this Stage I kit to perform @ 450 rear wheel horsepower. The system is hardware complete. Programming and additional injectors are not included in the kit or the base price. They are however required and we will supply you with various dealers, suppliers, and programmers to complete the package.

Stage X

System includes:

TTI modified cast manifolds with Cerma-Chrome ( or your choice of colors ). Turbonetics T3/T4 Ball Bearing Turbochargers. Turbonetics Evolution stainless wastegates. TTI 2.5” mandrel bent discharge pipes with wastegate inlet mounts.

 TTI large 3 core front mount intercooler. Dual 2.5” inlet with single 3.5" outlet. Aluminized compressor outlet ducting (coated ) 3.00" aluminized compressor ducting ( coated ) Gravity flow oil drains with CNC cut flanges.

 Stainless oil feed lines. TTI compressor by-pass valves.

This is one of our newest turbo systems and our first to feature cast manifolds. We’ve had the system available for a couple of years, after two years of development. We started with the T28 turbo charger and we were able to support 400 rwhp. A while later customers were looking for more power so we upgraded to a larger three core intercooler and power then went to 450 rwhp. The next upgrade was a expensive turbo developed by TEC. It was a T2 casted mounting flange with a t3 turbine housing attached to it.  It enabled us to achieve 600 rwhp. However there was a big exhaust back pressure issue. The next step was to have the cast manifold outlet enlarged to accept a larger T3 turbine housing. This turned out to be our newest system known as Stage X We are still in the early testing and have seen over 725 rwhp.

We should have more information on the horsepower output of the stage X system soon. We have several system being installed at this time, with most @ over 700+ at the wheels. The turbo's will support over 850 rwhp.
