3-link solid rear axle with Panhard rod. See the link on Mustang suspension design that I have included at the end of this post. Last Mustang Cobra had independent rear suspension, but I figure Ford decided to keep to the live axle to save cost.
3950lb curb weight, about 400 more than a GT. 57/43 front rear weight balance which is not quite ideal in my mind.
4-piston front and 2-piston rear Brembo calipers.
