Procedures & Rules General
The following are the general rules & regulations that set the guidelines for competitors.
These guidelines are for the safety and convenience of all who wish to participate in the
Jeddah Raceway Championship on October 25th and 26th 2006. Please read.
All drivers, competitors, officials participating in the Championship undertake, on
behalf of themselves, their employees and agents, to observe all the provisions of the
Local and International Sporting Code, and the JRW Code of Conduct (Please See
Attached).
: Procedure Registration
Competitor(s) must have a valid drivers license and vehicle registration required by
Jeddah Raceway and its affiliates. Failure to do so will result in exclusion from
competing.
Anybody wishing to take part in the event must fill-out the Official Entry Form, duly
completed, by the appropriate closing date.
Competitor(s) are required to pre-register no less then two weeks in advance of event.
Failure to do so will result in exclusion from competing in the event.
Entry forms, which are amended, incomplete or defaced, are invalid.
A vehicle may only be entered once. No driver may drive more than one vehicle in
the same class.
The organizers have the right to refuse an entry without giving any reason (art. 74 of
the International Sporting Code)
: Participation Fees
All Competitors that accept JRW to apply sponsors logo’s on their cars:
FREE
S/NA, S/PA Classes
Competitors that do not accept JRW applying sponsors logo’s on their cars:
SAR 750
Competitors that are sponsored but not by JRW’s sponsors*:
TBA
S/NAA, S/PAA Classes

S/PAB, S/O Classes

* Note: All Sponsored Vehicles must be previously approved by JRW Management.
: Finals / Elimination / Qualification / Time Trials
Time Trials will be held each Monday starting from the 25th of September 2006 until
the 16th of October. There is no maximum number of entries in each class for Time
Trials.
Based on the number of entries per class, the organizers reserve the right to cancel or
abandon a class in liaison with the Stewards of the event if they feel appropriate.
Based on the results of the Time Trials, the top 8 cars in each class will compete in
the qualification round on the 25th of October.
The 4 finalist will compete on the 26th of October for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Place in each
class.
: for Race Days s Information and Requirement Additional
Each driver is allowed to display his name along with a decal of his national flag on
each side of the drivers’ compartment on his racing vehicle.
Competitor(s) are required, according to the rules of the class(s) they compete in, to
have all the appropriate safety equipment for both vehicle and person. Driver/rider
safety equipment will be scrutinized and recorded. You cannot share safety equipment
including helmets.
Competition vehicles must be clean to aid scrutinizing. Race technical inspector(s)
have the right to refuse inspection if they feel the car is dirty or in any way able to
hide safety infractions.
Any person(s) entering a restricted area(s) without proper authority will be escorted
off the premises.
Competitor(s) are responsible for their team member(s) and will be held responsible
for their actions. This especially applies to the staging area, burnout pad and start line.
Each competitor will be given a certain number of team passes according to the class(s)

they compete in. These passes are non transferable. Violation of this will result in
exclusion from competition.
The staff and marshals are concerned with your safety. Please respect them and their
requests.
Protest(s) have to be submitted in writing to race control with the appropriate fee.
Protest(s) fee is SAR 1500, non refundable. The final decision shall be binding with no
appeal. Any person(s) not following this procedure may be subject to penalty.
: Race Categories for the Jeddah Raceway Championship
For this event, JRW will run only the Street category for cars (No Bikes) with a total of
6 classes as follows:
Y STREET CATEGOR
Class: S/NA
ET Bracket: 13.99 to 13.00
Set-Up: Bolt-ons/Engine Modifications (No Turbo/Supercharger/NOS)
This class is designed for daily Street Driven vehicles any year, make or model
(Sedan, Coupe, SUV or Truck) FWD, RWD, AWD 4, 6, 8+ cylinder or Rotary with
full interior and street appearance with stock chassis. Engine bolt-ons and internal
modifications permitted. No aftermarket power adders permitted.
Prize Money:
1st SAR 5,000
2nd SAR 2,500
3rd SAR 1,250
4th SAR 1,000
Class: S/PA
ET Bracket: 13.99 to 13.00

Please refer to Jeddah Raceway’s General Rules and Regulations. For NA and
NAA classes please refer to the Street and Sport Street class regulations. For all
PA, PAA, PAB, and O classes please refer to the Super Street class regulations.

: Jeddah Raceway Code of Conduct
The following is the JRW Code of Conduct that set the guidelines for conduct for
competitors, teams and spectators. These guidelines are for the safety of all who
participate at events held at the Jeddah Raceway. By entering the premises you agree
to these guidelines.
Motorsport is dangerous. Participants & spectators accept that they can be injured and
or killed. While the promoter/facility takes every reasonable precaution to ensure your
safety they cannot be held liable.
JRW has a zero tolerance rule for alcohol/drugs/betting. Any person(s) suspected or
found under the influence within the premises shall be escorted off and reported to the
authorities.
Any person(s) found under the influence shall be subject to ban. The competitor(s)
(driver/rider) shall be held responsible for their team members.
Any person(s) entering a restricted area without proper authority will be escorted off
the premises.
The staff and marshals are concerned with your safety and enjoyment. Please respect
them and their requests.
Each person(s) is responsible for their personal belongings. While the staff and
marshals take every reasonable precaution to prevent items from being lost or stolen,
JRW and its affiliates cannot be held responsible for such items.
Children, age 12 and under, must be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times. Proof
of age and guardianship might be required. In some cases entrance might be denied
without proof of age and guardianship.
Any person(s) operating a vehicle on the premises is required to do so in a safe and
controlled manner with care and caution. Failure to do so will result in removal from
the premises and or report to authorities.
Fire and open flame(s) are strictly prohibited unless pre-authorized by the
management.
If at any time you have a complaint, whether competitive or general, it must be
submitted in writing. The submission will be reviewed by the proper officials and
resolution shall be agreed by all parties involved. The final decision shall be binding
with no appeal. Any person(s) not following this procedure may be subject to penalty,
elimination and or removal from the premises.
JRW has developed this Code of Conduct for your safety. In addition to these, JRW
observes and enforces local laws

السيارة النفاثة لعب على الذقون لأنها ما تحتاج إلى تواير سلكس أصلاً لأن المحرك ما يحرك التواير يعني ما فيه شي اسمه تراكشن موجود لو مش موجود .. المحرك النفاث بيدف السيارة عن طريق الهوا الخارج منه ...
